Here are some photos of the Shane Wooten Band performing on stage at the 42nd Annual God and Country Days in Ocala Florida on July 4th, 2011. Shane, Nick, Vic and Terry put on a great live show and it was a perfect setting for some nice photos with the lovely Ocala sunset behind the stage.

Ocala Jaycees is especially grateful for the help Shane Wooten Band has offered our organization and for their support of our communities Independence Day Celebration.

Shane Wooten Band for 42nd Annual God and Country Days

The Ocala Jaycees 42nd Annual God and Country Days was held in Ocala Florida last night and the photo above captures the heartfelt spirit of the evening as the crowds enjoyed a wonderful celebration of our nations Independence Day on July 4, 2011.

There were numerous live bands and music playing all day long. The kids had a wonderful time with a variety of games and attractions for their amusement. The bounce houses were a hit and 100′s of kids had a wonderful time sliding, and jumping in the air filled castles.

The Shane Wooten Band performed in the early evening to cap off a great afternoon of fun in the hot Florida sun. Shane is an awesome musician and an equally impressive stage performer and he really worked the crowd to a high level of excitement. Shane spent about as much time walking around the field entertaining spectators in the back rows as he did crooning to the lady fans huddled around the stage and everyone got to see him up close and personal.

We are already in the planning stages for next years event with sponsorships available for the biggest and best Independence Day Celebrations in Marion County. Contact Ocala Jaycees for sponsorship information on the 2012 God and C ountry Days and reserve your booth now!
